Optimised Hydraulic System

The reservoir tank of the hydraulic system has a capacity of only 100 litres. The LS pump (Load Sensing) automatically adjusts the oil flow and pressure by using only the required power to carry out the machine operations.

Electric System

The electric system consists of modular wiring harnesses integrated into the machine. They are properly positioned inside protective electric conduits, preventing the wiring harness from direct exposure to corrosive products and weather conditions.

Easy to calibrate

Only one funnel for calibration, spreading and drain of the product can provide a faster process.

Hydrostatic transmission

The system comprises hydraulic axial piston motors and planetary gear reducers that ensure higher application speeds and torque. As a result, this system increases operating yield without jeopardising the application quality.

Ramp Capacity

Hércules 4.0 delivers 31% of ramp capacity. Therefore, it allows operating over bumpy terrains.

Smart 4-Wheel-Steering System*

It allows for a turning radius 42% shorter than conventional systems. It provides up to 45% less crop damage on the boundary and steering procedures on your crop field.

Hopper

Stainless steel hopper with high resistance and durability. Capacity of 4 m³.

Active pneumatic suspension

It offers a better machine levelling even on bumpy terrains and keeping spreading uniform.

Application range

The application range reaches up to 36 m*. It features adjustment of the vanes and excellent spreading uniformity.

Twin Feedgate System with product flow divider

The Twin Feedgate System allows the closing of only one side of the hopper, avoiding product application in the areas that have already received the product. As a result, it delivers fertilizer savings of up to 2.58%.

Coefficient of variation

Hércules 4.0 provides excellent spreading quality and a coefficient of variation of 12%*.

Topper 5500

The complete controller for Precision Agriculture, designed and manufactured by Stara. Its touch screen provides efficiency and more interactivity between the machine and the operator.

TD3 Auto Steering

A robust and reliable system that guarantees shorter response time. It reduces fails and overlaps, crop damage, and the next machine traffic control becoming possible for further operations.

Conecta

It is a remote access service that connects you, in real-time, to the After-Sales technician in the Stara factory. The connection is established through Topper 5500, which ensures fast and assertive support.
Whenever you need it, just connect it! An agile and at no cost after-sales available straight to your machine cab.

Telemetria Stara

Through this system, you can manage your operations in the crop field in real time. Any device that has Internet access will provide you with.

Syncro*

It is an exclusive Stara system. Syncro allows for up to four Hércules 4.0 to operate synchronized in the same field and communicate with each other via radio. The system provides better operation planning, which offers standardised management for each crop field. Additionally, it avoids overlaps, provides fertilizer savings, and increases operating yield.

Signal Correction*

It adds the best experience in signal correction, ensuring higher precision in crop field operations. It is recommended for auto steering operations that require path following. It delivers great precision, considerably reducing crop damage losses and overlap. As a consequence, it provides a higher operating yield.
